A sample should validate the order logic, not just the mesh opening

Many buyers approve a wire mesh sample after checking only one or two dimensions, but production problems often come later from edge treatment, panel flatness, packing format, label mismatch, or unconfirmed coating details. A better sample review checks the full order logic before mass production begins.

Inspection evidence should travel with the sample

A useful sample package includes measured size, material or finish confirmation, and photos or notes showing how the supplier checked the critical points. This helps align the sample with the future production standard instead of treating it as a one-off piece.

Use a fixed approval checklist

• Confirm dimensions, aperture, wire diameter, finish, and edge condition.
• Check label content, packing method, and any special handling request.
• Approve the inspection points that must be repeated in mass production.
