Fixing style and aperture stability matter in service

Some buyers focus only on wear life and forget to confirm panel fixing, tensioning, and how the PU structure behaves under vibration. Incorrect installation details can reduce screening accuracy or shorten panel life even when the compound quality is acceptable.

RFQs should describe both media and machine conditions

• State feed size, material abrasiveness, wet or dry screening, and target throughput.
